ClubScrap: Time for a Challenge

As a team member we are to enter challenges other than ClubScrap team challenges.  So I am always on the hunt for a suitable challenge.  This week, another team member posted a link the the perfect challenge for this month's kit.  The moment I saw the sketch, I knew that was the one.
Challenge is Mojo Monday Card Making Challenge.
My Card!!!  Isn't it spectacular.  I love everything in this kit.  The crisp lettering, Beautiful Papers, Ribbon and of course Glitter!!!  Who can resist glittery paper, especially paper that doesn't glitter everything it touches.

This is a copy of the sketch.  I used it in the simplicity that it was presented.  The only change I made wast the size of the greeting mat.  Have I mentioned how much I love unmounted rubber stamps.
By being unmounted, you are free to configure them anyway you like.  In this instance I cut the saying apart into 2 words.  It fit perfectly.  The other think I like is the crisp image, makes stamping easy.

Here is a closer view of the Tags.

This card is straight forward.  I trimmed down the paper to obtain the part that I needed (black and grey).  Cut another image from the paper and used it for the bottle cap.  The colored circle was preprinted, I just used a die to add a row of pierced circles and a larger die to cut the mat.  Trimmed the ribbon, and sentiment mats, and glued it all together with score-tape.  The Let's Celebrate was popped up on a piece of fun foam.  This is an A6.  I made it a bit larger as I did not want to cut down the silver glittery mat.  Finished.

Visit Mojo Monday to see all the other cards that were created for this challenge.  And of course visit ClubScrap for you Celebration Kit.

Until Next Time,
Happy Crafting,
Josette
